Are your feet wide? Are you in between sizes? Always choose a larger size for comfortable walking (if your shoes are too large, insert the additional insole).
If the shoes you chose have a pointed toe or narrow front, consider ordering one size up.
Attention US customers: The sizes of the Killstar and Demonia brands for US women may vary. Our US customers say that Killstar runs one size smaller than Demonia. Please always check the sizing chart before ordering.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR SHOE SIZE:

Measure the distance between the most prominent toe and the most prominent part of the heel and see the conversion chart above.
Foot length is measured when one stands barefoot, and the body's weight is equally distributed on both feet.
Be sure to have both feet measured. Many people have feet of different sizes. We advise purchasing a shoe size based on the larger foot.
Measure your feet at a time similar to when you wear the footwear. For daily footwear, fit yourself when you’ve been on your feet all day because your feet have expanded.

We ship worldwide via UPS, DHL, and FedEx couriers, as well as by post, LP Express, Unisend, and Omniva parcel boxes.
All shipments are registered and trackable.
Express shipment orders are delivered in 1-3 days, economy and free shipments are delivered in 5-10 days, and orders sent by post are delivered in 1 to 2 weeks (depending on location).
Price and time will be shown at checkout once you select the delivery country and add the postcode.
The delivery price depends on the total weight, cart amount and delivery address.
Everything you order is in stock and ready for same-working-day shipping.

RETURNS

Shopping from an EU country? You can return return-eligible items to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.
Are you shopping from the USA, UK, or another country outside the EU? If so, please contact us before returning anything.

CUSTOMS FEES

There are no customs duties for deliveries within the European Union countries. We ship all orders from Lithuania (EU country).
Customers outside the EU shop tax-free but might have to pay customs duties, brokerage fees and import taxes.
USA customers usually enjoy duty and import-free orders when the total order (including shipping) is below 700€. However, US customs might decide to charge you up to 10% import fee (check the latest information with the US customs)
