SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide via UPS, DHL, and FedEx couriers, as well as by post, LP Express, Unisend, and Omniva parcel boxes.
- All shipments are registered and trackable.
- Express shipment orders are delivered in 1-3 days, economy and free shipments are delivered in 5-10 days, and orders sent by post are delivered in 1 to 2 weeks (depending on location).
- Price and time will be shown at checkout once you select the delivery country and add the postcode.
- The delivery price depends on the total weight, cart amount and delivery address.
- Everything you order is in stock and ready for same-working-day shipping.

RETURNS
- Shopping from an EU country? You can return return-eligible items to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.
- Are you shopping from the USA, UK, or another country outside the EU? If so, please contact us before returning anything.
- Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping price; the customer pays for the initial and returns shipping.

SIZE EXCHANGE
- Size exchange is only possible within the EU countries.
- Not sure about the size? Ask for help via chat or visit our store in Vilnius.
CUSTOMS FEES
- There are no customs duties for deliveries within the European Union countries. We ship all orders from Lithuania (EU country).
- Customers outside the EU shop tax-free but might have to pay customs duties, brokerage fees and import taxes.
- USA customers usually enjoy duty and import-free orders when the total order (including shipping) is below 700€. However, US customs might decide to charge you up to 10% import fee (check the latest information with the US customs)
- The customer is responsible for all import fees if the delivery address is not in a European Union country.
