We usually ship in 1-5 days after payment is received, but during busy holidays and sales, it may take up to 7 days to ship out (unless you ordered Express delivery, then we ship out within two workdays).

WHY DON'T YOU OFFER A FREE RETURN LABEL?
Well, we understand that people are spoiled with the free return labels provided by the corporations, and we'd love to provide this too! But, we are a small family business, and we can't offer that. Hmmm, that is strange. We always send the order confirmation and tracking numbers by e-mail. MY ORDER WAS SENT LONG TIME AGO BY POST. WHY IT IS NOT DELIVERED YET?
Would you please check your mailbox and follow the tracking which was sent to your e-mail? Perhaps, your order is already at the post office and waiting for you ;). Usually, shipments by Post are delivered within 2-3 weeks, but because of Covid, traffic is still not the best, plus Post Offices are very busy during the October-January holidays. As you can see, when picking up delivery by Post, it may take up to 60 days for shipments outside the EU. We write a maximum number of days, but 99% of orders sent by Post arrive in 1-3 weeks. If you are not in a hurry - welcome to choose delivery by Post. But if you need the item quickly, please choose delivery by courier, which is guaranteed within the time frame stated on checkout. If you live within the EU and it has been over three weeks since we shipped your order or if you live outside the EU and it has been over one month since we shipped your order, please get in touch with us by e-mail or live chat.

We have individual sizing charts for each item. Please check the sizing chart icon next to the size selection, or look for the lay-flat sizing chart tab under the item photos. All our sizing charts are based on body size, and some may have lay-flat measurements.
