PAYMENT POLICY
We accept Bank Wire Transfers; PayPal Payments, and Credit Cards through the Braintree payment gateway. Other payment methods are accepted only if provided on Our Website’s checkout page.
BANK TRANSFER
If you choose the bank transfer payment option on checkout, you will receive an invoice for payment and payment instructions with the order confirmation email.
Please make payment within 24 hours.
We will keep the orders placed with Bank Transfer payment chosen for 7 days. If the bank wire payment is not received within 7 days from the order placement day, the system will automatically cancel it.
The bank wire transfer can be done from your bank account to our SEPA bank account by logging into your own bank's online payment system or making a wire or cash transfer at any bank's office.

For your information: SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area. This is the name given to the new unitary regulation for national and European payment transactions. IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a number that replaces all national account details (such as account number and bank sort number). PAY PAL & CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
PayPal & Card payments arrive at our account almost immediately.
Sometimes payments have to be cleared out; in this case, you will receive notification from our payment provider PayPal or Braintree. Once your payment is cleared out and appears on our account - we will start processing your order.
PayPal is a fast and safe online payment transfer from your PayPal account. Payment is made at the secured PayPal website in € (Euro currency) to our Company's PayPal account orders@fantasmagoria.shop.
If your PayPal account is in other than Euro currency - PayPal will process the currency exchange automatically. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the secure payments official PayPal website, where you will be able to login to your account to proceed with payment.
Please note, if you decide to enter the delivery address at the PayPal checkout page - please make sure it 100% matches the delivery address you entered on the checkout page at Fantasmagoria. We ship to the address provided as the delivery address on our website Fantasmagoria.shop.
PROTECTED PAYMENTS
All your payments are protected and safe. All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. Fantasmagoria and our payment providers are committed to maintaining the highest security and protection levels against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information, and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.
Card payments are 3D secured payments through Braintree.
Rest assured, we do not store your payment logins or card numbers in our system or our website.
All your payments are fully protected by your card provider, your bank, and European Union law.
PRICES
All prices on the website are in EUR (European Union currency).
All the product prices are final and do not include the delivery charges.
If the product is on sale, the old price will be strikethrough, and the new, promotional price will be written next to it.
The final total price of the order will be calculated on checkout once you choose the delivery address and pick the delivery option.
You might be able to use a promotion code to get a discount on checkout, which will recalculate the final total amount to pay.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
All prices and services include 21% VAT (Value Added Tax) which is a current legal rate in Lithuaniaif the receiver's delivery address is within the EU.
If the receiver’s delivery address is not within the European Union countries, all the prices on this Website and all our services are VAT excluded (Tax-free).
You are responsible for all other applicable taxes and customs duties if you (the receiver) are based outside the European Union.
"Tax included: 21%" or "Tax included: 0%" informational text next to the price means that the prices displayed are either including either excluding the Lithuanian legal VAT rate of 21%.
Once the country is selected at the top of the page or the checkout - taxes will be recalculated accordingly.
CURRENCY
All the prices you see online are in €, as the default currency of Fantasmagoria online shop is Euro (Euro currency).
All orders shall be paid in EUR. All refunds shall be paid in EUR.
You may have to incur costs for conversion and transfer of money if applied by your financial service provider.
We do not accept any other than Euro currency at the moment. If you are not happy with the exchange rate, you can always cancel the order before making a transaction.

You agree to notify Us and the Payment Processor about any billing problems or discrepancies within 2 days after they first appear on Your Account statement.
If You do not do so within 2 days, You agree that You waive Your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.
You give Us and the Payment Processor the preauthorization to verify if Your credit card or payment method account is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover Your payments. You authorise such credit cards to pay any amount described herein.
PAYMENT TERMS
You confirm that Your credited card has sufficient funds, credit facilities, and a valid expiry date to cover the payment.
You agree to pay with the payment card or PayPal account which belongs to you.
If you want someone else to pay for your order, please choose Payment by Wire (Bank Transfer), send them the invoice for payment and email us the name of the person who will pay for your order, email us the payer's name.
BILLING INVOICE
You will receive the pdf invoice for Your payments by email, you will also be able to download it from your customer's account. This electronic invoice shall serve as Your official receipt.
CREDIT INVOICE
If you cancel your paid order, return the goods for the refund or when any refund will be made to you, you will receive the credit invoice from us. It will be sent by email and also available for download at your account.
CREDIT VOUCHERS
Should you wish to receive a shopping credit instead of a refund - we will issue you a voucher which you can use on checkout to pay for goods in your cart.
The voucher will be a secret promo code that will be connected to your account and can be used only by you.
You can collect vouchers and pay for the goods in your cart using several vouchers.
If the total amount of goods in your cart is smaller than the voucher amount - the new voucher with the difference will be generated, and you will be able to use the remaining amount with your next order.
The voucher is valid for one year (unless stated otherwise), and the codes are available at your account.
ORDER FULFILMENT
Order processing starts after the payment is received in full.
If you select Bank Transfer payment during the order placement, fulfillment of the order shall start upon crediting the amount to our bank account. Usually, it takes 1 to 5 days for the money to arrive at our account from any bank in the world.
If you select PayPal or card payment during the order placement, fulfillment of the order shall start upon crediting the amount to our account. Usually, it happens same moment, but may your bank may initiate payment confirmation and clearance may take up to 7 days.
All orders will be processed within 3 working days and shipped within 5 working days after receiving your payment.
If the customer chose and paid for the express shipping, the order will be processed within 1 working day and shipped within 1-2 working days.
We work Monday-Friday 9 AM - 6 PM and always aim to ship all orders as soon as possible.

REFUNDS
We will refund the payments within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Q. Do you offer AfterPay or Klarna payment installments?
A: No, sorry, this option is not available, and we do not plan to offer it any time soon.
Q: Can you make a smaller invoice for customs clearance?
A: Nope, sorry, this is not possible. We always send 100% invoices that are equal to the amount you paid us for the order. We are obliged to do so by law.
Q: I need an invoice for my company, can you provide it?
A: Checking out as a company is not possible at the moment, but if you are a European Union based company with a valid VAT registration number, and you have proof of existing business, and you ship to the address where your company is registered, you can contact us by phone or live chat with your business details, and we shall check the invoice possibilities.
Q: Can I pay in cash or by Western Union transfer?
A: No, it is not possible and won't be possible in the future.
Q: Can I pay in USD, GBP, or other than EUR currency?
A: Sorry it is not possible now, but we plan to offer this option at the end of 2022 or the beginning of 2023. Please check back, and for now, please pay in EUR as the currency transfer will be done automatically by your payment provider.
Q: How do you process the refunds?
A: We send refunds back to the same original account which paid for the order. If you paid by bank - we will send you a refund in Euro currency. If you paid by card or PayPal, we will refund you in Euro. Your payment provider (PayPal or your bank) will automatically make currency exchange and refund you in the currency you originally paid.
