Dear customers, please note that all orders placed after December 23rd at noon (12:00, Eastern European time) will be sent after December 26th.
Most orders received during the Christmas holidays will be processed during the first week of January.
There might be a delay in answering your chat messages and emails. Apologies about that, but our team needs some rest and gotta celebrate Hexmas and New Year.

We strongly recommend choosing express courier delivery when placing orders in December.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

If you want to receive the order before the Christmas holidays, make sure you place & pay for the order before 9:00 (Eastern European time) on these dates:

Please note that we should receive your payment before the "last order date," so if you pay for your order by bank transfer, please place your order 3 days earlier than the "last order date" and make sure you pay the same day.

 

Please note that everyone (including courier services) are extremely busy during this time of the year, plus bad weather condition during this time of the year may delay the delivery.

Disclaimer: While we will do everything we can to process and dispatch orders within our stated time frames, we cannot guarantee delivery by a set date. We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure a speedy service; however, there may be factors out of our control that could impact delivery timeframes.

DELAYS DURING HALLOWEEN, BLACK FRIDAY SALES & CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS

Dear customers, the hectic holiday sales period starts on October 10th and ends at the end of January.

We try to pack and ship your orders as usual within two workdays, but please expect a delay during the holidays.

Order Processing (picking/packing/shipping) may take up to 10 days extra & delivery might delay too. Always select Express delivery if you are in a hurry. 

Shopping for Christmas gifts? We recommend you place your order before the 10th of December, so there is enough time to 100% receive your order in time and pack your gift.
