Did you know? We extend the return timeframe for gift purchases. All orders purchased in December (from 12.01 until 12.31) can be sent back on the first week of January, but no later than January 14th. For example, say you received your order on Dec 5th, you gifted it over Christmas but missed the size selection. Welcome to ship the item back to us for a refund or size exchange. Please note, that we should receive your payment before the "last order date", so if you pay for your order by bank transfer, please place your order 3 days earlier than the "last order date' and make sure you pay the same day.

The info above is valid for our retail customers only. If you are our wholesale business customer and want to receive your order before the holidays, please make sure you place and pay for your order before the 10th of December.

Please note that everyone (including courier services) are extremely busy during this time of the year, plus Covid-related traffic disruption and bad weather condition during this time of the year may delay the delivery.

Dear customers, the hectic period of holidays sales starts on October 10th and ends at the end of January.

We try to pack and ship your orders as usual within two workdays, but please expect a delay during the holidays.

Order Processing (picking/packing/shipping) may take up to 10 days extra & delivery might delay too. Below is the approximate possible delivery delays by couriers:

3.     Up to 12 days by FedEx

4.     Up to 5 days by Omniva courier

5.     Up to a few weeks by Post
