"Garment sizes" are the lay-flat measurements of the item in cm.
Length is always measured at the centre line.
"Body sizes" are the measurements of body circumferences, height in centimetres, and weight in kilograms.
We recommend choosing the clothing size based on your body measurements (usually chest and waist circumference) and comparing lay-flat sizes with your best-fit clothing.
If you are in between sizes, please check the height suggestion or choose the smaller size for a tight fit or the larger size for a regular fit.
This collection is usually true to the European size.
Please note that the sizes are combined because the fabric is stretchy, and the design allows the combined transition between the sizes. For example, if you wear size S, then order size S-M.

SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide via UPS, DHL, and FedEx couriers, as well as by post, LP Express, Unisend, and Omniva parcel boxes.
- All shipments are registered and trackable.
- Express shipment orders are delivered in 1-3 days, economy and free shipments are delivered in 5-10 days, and orders sent by post are delivered in 1 to 2 weeks (depending on location).
- Price and time will be shown at checkout once you select the delivery country and add the postcode.
- The delivery price depends on the total weight, cart amount and delivery address.
- Everything you order is in stock and ready for same-working-day shipping.
- You can pick up your order at the Fantasmagoria shop in Vilnius.

RETURNS
- Shopping from an EU country? You can return return-eligible items to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.
- Are you shopping from the USA, UK, or another country outside the EU? If so, please contact us before returning anything.
- Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping price; the customer pays for the initial and returns shipping.

SIZE EXCHANGE
- Size exchange is only possible within the EU countries.
- Not sure about the size? Ask for help via chat or visit our store in Vilnius.
CUSTOMS FEES
- There are no customs duties for deliveries within the European Union countries. We ship all orders from Lithuania (EU country).
- Customers outside the EU shop tax-free but might have to pay customs duties, brokerage fees and import taxes.
- USA customers usually enjoy duty and import-free orders when the total order (including shipping) is below 700€. However, US customs might decide to charge you up to 10% import fee (check the latest information with the US customs)
- The customer is responsible for all import fees if the delivery address is not in a European Union country.
