Our currency is Euro (sign: €; code: EUR).
We accept Bank Wire Transfers as direct wire to our Bank; PayPal Payments through PayPal platform; Credit Card payments through the Braintree payment gateway.
If you choose the bank transfer payment option on checkout, you will receive an invoice for payment and payment instructions with the order confirmation email.
Please make payment within 24 hours.
We will keep the orders placed with Bank Transfer payment chosen for 7 days. If the bank wire payment is not received within 7 days from the order placement day, the system will automatically cancel it.
The bank wire transfer can be done from your bank account to our SEPA bank account by logging into your own bank's online payment system or making a wire or cash transfer at any bank's office.

For your information: SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area. This is the name given to the new unitary regulation for national and European payment transactions. IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a number that replaces all national account details (such as account number and bank sort number). BIC (Business Identifier Code) is an internationally standardized bank code (similar to the bank routing code) that clearly identifies payment providers worldwide.
PAY PAL & CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
PayPal & Card payments arrive at our account almost immediately.
Sometimes payments have to be cleared out; in this case, you will receive notification from our payment provider PayPal or Braintree. Once your payment is cleared out and appears on our account - we will start processing your order.
PayPal is a fast and safe online payment transfer from your PayPal account. Payment is made at the secured PayPal website in € (Euro currency) to our Company's PayPal account [email protected]
If your PayPal account is in other than Euro currency - PayPal will process the currency exchange automatically. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the secure payments official PayPal website, where you will be able to log in to your account to proceed with payment.
Please note, if you decide to enter the delivery address at the PayPal checkout page - please make sure it 100% matches the delivery address you entered on the checkout page at Fantasmagoria. We ship to the address provided as the delivery address on our website Fantasmagoria.shop.
All your payments are protected and safe. All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. Fantasmagoria and our payment providers are committed to maintaining the highest security and protection levels against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information, and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.
Card payments are 3D secured payments through Braintree.
Rest assured, we do not store your payment logins or card numbers in our system or our website.
All your payments are fully protected by your card provider, your bank, and European Union law.
All prices on the website are in EUR (European Union currency).
Product prices do not include the delivery charges.
The final total price of the order will be calculated on checkout once you choose the delivery address and pick the delivery option.

According to European Union law, we as a seller must charge VAT on all goods and services, and then pay to the receiver's country's TAX office. The VAT % depends on the country of the receiver. EU VAT varies from 14 to 27%. Outside the EU VAT is always 0%.

All the prices you see online are in €, as the default currency of Fantasmagoria online shop is Euro (Euro currency).
All orders shall be paid in EUR. All refunds shall be paid in EUR.
You may have to incur costs for conversion and transfer of money if applied by your financial service provider.
We do not accept any other than Euro currency at the moment. If you are not happy with the exchange rate, you can always cancel the order before making a transaction.

You agree to notify Us and the Payment Processor about any billing problems or discrepancies within 2 days after they first appear on Your Account statement.
If You do not do so within 2 days, You agree that You waive Your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.
You give Us and the Payment Processor the preauthorization to verify if Your credit card or payment method account is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover Your payments. You authorize such credit cards to pay any amount described herein.
All orders are subject to Our credit approval. We reserve the right to withhold shipment or to require other adequate assurances of performance of Your payment obligations as We, in Our discretion, may require, notwithstanding any order confirmation issued by Us.
BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT
If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer on checkout, please send payment within 24 hours after placing the order. We keep orders reserved for 7 days because bank transfers sometimes take several days to arrive. If you'll pay for your order later than in 2 days after placing the order, please let us know by email, so we'll keep all goods reserved for you.
CREDIT CARDS & PAYPAL PAYMENTS
When paying by card or PayPal, you should do so during the checkout.
You confirm that Your credited card has sufficient funds, credit facilities, and a valid expiry date to cover the payment. You agree to pay with the payment card or PayPal account which belongs to you.
IF SOMEONE ELSE IS PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER
Then, email us the name of the person who paid for your order.
If you want someone else to pay for your order by card or PayPal, please, ask that person to place and pay the order for you.
BILLING/DELIVERY ADDRESS IN THE INVOICE
If your billing address* is different from the delivery address, please write your billing address on checkout, click the "ship to a different address" option, and fill in the delivery address in the expanded "delivery address" fields.
*Billing address is the address connected to your card/PayPal or it is your company address where you need the invoice to be issued.
An invoice is issued once the order is paid. You will receive the pdf invoice for Your payments by email, you will also be able to download it from your customer's account. This electronic invoice shall serve as Your official receipt.
If you cancel your paid order, return the goods for the refund or when any refund will be made to you, you will receive the credit invoice from us. It will be sent by email and also available for download at your account.
Should you wish to receive a shopping credit instead of a refund - we will issue you a voucher which you can use on checkout to pay for goods in your cart.
The voucher will be a secret promo code that will be connected to your account and can be used only by you.
You can collect vouchers and pay for the goods in your cart using several vouchers.
If the total amount of goods in your cart is smaller than the voucher amount - the new voucher with the difference will be generated, and you will be able to use the remaining amount with your next order.
The voucher is valid for one year (unless stated otherwise), and the codes are available at your account.
You can pay for goods using a voucher. Sorry, but you can't cover shipping fees with the voucher.
ORDER FULFILMENT AFTER PAYMENT
Order processing starts after the payment is received in full.
If you select Bank Transfer payment during the order placement, fulfillment of the order shall start upon crediting the amount to our bank account. Usually, it takes 1 to 5 days for the money to arrive at our account from any bank in the world.
If you select PayPal or card payment during the order placement, fulfillment of the order shall start upon crediting the amount to our account. Usually, it happens same moment, but may your bank may initiate payment confirmation and clearance may take up to 7 days.
All orders will be processed within 3 working days and shipped within 5 working days after receiving your payment. Delays should be expected during sales and holidays.
If the customer chose and paid for the express shipping, the order will be processed within 1 working day and shipped within 1-2 working days.
We work Monday-Friday 9 AM - 6 PM and always aim to ship all orders as soon as possible.

How does this work?
21% value-added tax will be deducted once you choose shipping to the country outside the EU.

Tax-free shopping is available for deliveries to the Countries outside the EU, which are: United States, Canada, United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland), Mexico, Chile, Norway, Switzerland, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, UAE, etc.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
In most countries, there are a certain amount of goods are available for purchase abroad without having to pay any taxes or import duties. There might be some minimum that is not taxed, if you go over that minimum limit, taxes and duties may be applied to the total value of all goods including shipping. Some customs would charge you regardless of the total amount when the ordered goods are made of a certain fabric or it is some certain item e.g. shoes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information about possible taxes and customs duties charges (list the type of goods you plan to order, price of goods, the total amount including delivery price, tell that delivery will be from the EU, country Lithuania).
Detailed information on imports should be available from the Federal Customs Administration of your Country. Also, for information on taxes and possible additional charges, you may also contact FedEx, UPS, DHL, or your country's Post Office info-line. These carrier companies have to provide information about import duties or give you local customs office phone numbers.

PAYMENTS FAQ (Questions and Answers)
Q. Do you offer AfterPay or Klarna payment installments?
A: No, sorry, this option is not available now.
Q: Can you make a smaller invoice for customs clearance?
A: Nope, sorry, this is not possible as we both will get into trouble with customs and the tax office. We always send 100% invoices that are equal to the amount you paid us for the order. We are obliged to do so by law.
Q: I need a VAT-Free invoice for my EU company, can you provide it?
A: Checking out as a company is not possible at the moment. However, you are a company with a valid VAT registration number & based in European Union, if you ship to the address where your company is registered, you can contact us about the VAT-FREE invoice, and we shall check the possibilities. Please send us an email to [email protected], including the company details (Company name, VAT number, Full address & contact phone, representatives name), attach PDF documents with VAT registration, write links (with sizes & quantities) of the items you want to order.
Q: Can I pay in cash or by Western Union transfer?
A: No, it is not possible and won't be possible in the future.
Q: Can I pay in USD, GBP, or other than EUR currency?
A: Sorry it is not possible now, but we plan to offer this option in 2023. Please check back, and for now, please pay in EUR as the currency transfer will be done automatically by your payment provider.
Q: How do you process the refunds?
A: We send refunds back to the same original account which paid for the order. If you paid by bank - we will send you a refund in Euro currency. If you paid by card or PayPal, we will refund you in Euro. Your payment provider (PayPal or your bank) will automatically make a currency exchange and refund you in the currency you originally paid.

Q: I live in the EU and I noticed that the prices you show on your @Fantasmagoria Facebook & Instagram shop are different from the prices online. Why so?
A: All prices are Value Added Tax exclusive on @Fantasmagoria Facebook and Instagram shops. Facebook does not have an option for the seller to show VAT based on the viewer's county, neither do they allow us to add the "VAT exclusive" tag.
Outside the EU, our customers buy VAT-free, therefore customers outside the EU see their final price on our social media channels.
We understand that it is not so convenient to see VAT-free prices for the customers within the EU, but until Facebook makes changes we can't show otherwise.
When browsing our social media catalogs, you should always remember that your country's VAT will be added on top of the displayed price.
