Our office is located at Jaksto street, house number 9, room 108, first floor, right before the stairs to the theater's hall. Enter the building through the "Vaidilos" theater.

For directions, type in "Fantasmagoria" on Google maps. If you can't find us, call +37064866613, and we will meet you.

We work from 9:00 until 18:00 Monday-Friday (closed for a lunch break from 13:00 until 14:00).

 

PLACING A SELF PICKUP ORDER

"Self-pickup at the Fantasmagoria" delivery option will only appear if you select "Lithuania" as the delivery country.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

ADVANCE PAYMENT

  • If you paid by card, PayPal, or BankLink - come to pick up your order 10 minutes after placing it.
  • If you paid through the bank wire transfer - come pick up your order the next day, or if you want to come over right away, please send us the payment proof receipt as a PDF file.

PAYMENT ON ORDER PICKUP

You can pay for your order by any credit or debit card or by phone (ApplePay) when picking it up at our office. 

  • For card or phone payment: please select "Pay by card at Fantasmagoria store"

 

 


TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

If you want to try on clothing or shoes:

  • Please choose "Self pickup at Fantasmagoria office" as the "shipping method" on the checkout.
  • Continue to the payment page.
  • Choose the bank transfer BUT DO NOT PAY.
  • Confirm the order.
  • Message us on live chat: "I just placed the self-pickup order. Please prepare it for me."
  • You can come over 10 min after you place the order or any time within the next seven days.
  • Please visit us from 14:00 until 17:30.
  • If the specified time is not suitable, contact us by phone at +37064866613 or write me a message in Live-Chat, and we will schedule the appointment in the morning or during lunch.
  • If something is not suitable, you can cancel those items. Or, we'll bring you another size or different item.
  • Once you pick your goodies, you can pay for them by Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer and take them with you! ♥

Q: IS THERE FANTASMAGORIA PHYSICAL STORE?
A: Not at the moment, sorry. Our physical shop is temporarily closed. However, we plan to reopen the Fantasmagoria store in Vilnius later next year. Check back for updates!

  • Place the order online, choose "payment by card on pickup" and visit our office to see your ordered items before paying for them.

Q: CAN I WALK IN WITHOUT PLACING THE ORDER?
A: Please place the order first, then come over to pick it up. Should you have any questions about it, please call us at +37064866613 or write us on live chat.

 

Q: CAN I RETURN AN ORDER I BOUGHT ONLINE TO YOUR OFFICE?
A: Yes, of course. Please do it within 14 days after receiving the order, and make sure the item is returnable, its condition is original, there is no dust or animal hair, neatly folded, and all labels are intact and packed in the original packing. Q: I AM NOT SURE WHAT IS MY SIZE, SHOULD I ORDER SEVERAL ITEMS?
A: Please check the size chart and select the size which you think would suit you best. Do not order several sizes, only order one size per item. If needed, we will bring you another size right away.

 

Q: DO YOU REALLY HAVE EVERYTHING IN STOCK?
A: Yes, we do! Everything you see online is in stock, and once you place the order, the products are reserved for you. Once the order is placed-  you are welcome to pick it up in 10 min, during weekdays and during our working hours.

 

Q: HOW LONG WILL YOU KEEP MY ORDER?
A: We keep orders for seven days; after this, they will be automatically canceled. If you can't visit us or can't make it in time, please get in touch with us by phone, email, or live chat with a request to cancel your order or keep it for longer.

 

Q: I PLACED THE ORDER ONLINE WITH A SELF-PICKUP OPTION. DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR EMAIL FROM YOU?
A: Once you place the order, you are welcome to come over to pick it up. Be ready to wait for 5 to up to 30 min if there is another customer and we are busy collecting an order for them :).

 

Q: I PLACED THE ORDER ONLINE WITH A SELF-PICKUP OPTION BUT I CAN'T COME OVER. CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK IT UP FOR ME?
A: Of course! Please make sure they know your full name and order number.

 

Q: I PLACED THE ORDER ONLINE WITH A SELF-PICKUP OPTION BUT I CAN'T COME OVER. CAN YOU SHIP IT TO ME?
A: Sure, please contact us by email at [email protected] or via live chat and we will send you an invoice to pay the shipping expenses.

 

Q: I AM COMING FROM ABROAD AND WILL BE IN VILNIUS ONLY FOR A WEEKEND. DO YOU WORK ON SATURDAYS?
A: We don't work on the weekends. But if you plan to place the order of 300 EUR or more, please contact us at least one week before arrival and we shall check if one of us can work on Saturday.
