Fantasmagoria office is located at Jaksto street, house number 9, room 108, first floor, right before the stairs to the theater's hall. Enter the building through the "Vaidilos" theater.
For directions, type in "Fantasmagoria" on Google maps. If you can't find us, call +37064866613, and we will meet you.
We are open from 9:00 until 18:00 Monday-Friday (closed for a lunch break from 13:00 until 14:00). Please note that we do not work during the weekends and national holidays.
PLACING A SELF PICKUP ORDER
- Please choose "Pick up" or "Try then buy" as the "shipping method" on checkout.
- Continue to the payment page.
- Choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
- Visit us within a week, during the time mentioned at the selected pick-up option.
"Self-pickup at the Fantasmagoria" delivery options will only appear if you select "Lithuania" as the delivery country.
Do you live outside Lithuania but visiting Vilnius and want to pick up your order at our office?
Please enter your billing address and mark "Ship to a different address" on checkout, then enter Fantasmagoria address: Jaksto 9- 108, 01105 Vilnius, Lithuania.
PAYMENT
You will pay for the order when picking it up at our office.
We accept these payments: credit or debit cards or phone (V-pay & ApplePay is also available).
If you can't pay by card, you can pay by bank transfer through your online bank on your phone.
Note that cash payments are not possible.
TRY BEFORE YOU BUY
If you want to try on clothing or shoes:
- Please choose "Try then buy" as the "shipping method" on the checkout.
- Continue to the payment page & Confirm the order.
- Come over within a week: Mon-Fri from 9:00 until 12:00 or from 14:00 until 17:00.
- If something is not suitable, you can cancel, change size or select a different product.
- You can edit the order while at our office by canceling and placing a new order for selected items. Our staff will help you out.
SHOPPING DURING SALES AND BIG PROMOTIONS
Occasionally, you may see temporary sales going on our website. If you want to shop during the sale, but first try on clothing or shoes before purchasing them, please place an order and visit us before the sale ends. Otherwise, if you visit afterward, and you'll need to make ANY changes to your order, you will lose all the benefits of the sales or special offer.
- If you chose the "self-pickup" or "ty before you buy" option and going to pick up your order at the Fantasmagoria office after the promotion ends: please note that changes to your order can't be made (even if t is a size exchange or if you decide to pick up an order partially).
- For any order changes after the promotion ends, all discounts will be canceled and a new order with full-priced items will be created.
- Therefore, if you plan to self-pick up your order, we recommend visiting us during the promotion days, and before the promotion ends.

SELF-PICKUP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dear customers, please note we are not a physical self-service store, therefore you might not have the same "just-looking" experience that you have in a physical store. When placing the self-pickup order at Fantasmagoria.shop, we assume you have read all the information and agree to the terms and conditions written on this page.
- If you want to try before you buy, please do not order more than 10 items.
- Please do not visit during our lunch break between 13:00 and 14:00 as there will be no one to serve you.
- If you want to try on clothing please come at 17:30 latest as we are closing at 18:00.
- Always come within 1 week after placing the order, and please aim to pick up your order within 2 working days after placing it.
- If you can't come to pick up your order - please notify us as soon as possible by email, phone, or chat.
- Any order not picked up within 7 days will be canceled.
- We reserve the right to block accounts that place orders but do not pick them up or delay pickup.
- Time for trying on clothing might be limited from 15 to 30 min, or up to 1 hour (max) for returning customers.
- Orders placed during sales and time-limited promotions, have to be picked up before the end of the sale, otherwise, it won't be possible to edit or amend the order.

Q: IS THERE FANTASMAGORIA PHYSICAL STORE?
A: Not at the moment, sorry. Our physical shop is temporarily closed. However, we plan to reopen the Fantasmagoria store in Vilnius later next year. Q: CAN I WALK INTO FANTASMAGORIA OFFICE TO GET AN ITEM I WANT, BUT WITHOUT PLACING THE ORDER?

Q: I AM NOT SURE WHAT MY SIZE IS. SHOULD I ORDER SEVERAL ITEMS?
A: Please check the size chart and select the size you think would suit you best. Do not order several sizes, only order one size per item. If needed, we will bring you another size right away. Should you have any questions, please call us at +37064866613 or contact us via chat.
Q: HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I ORDER TO TRY ON?
A: Please do not order more than 10 clothing items or footwear. If you want to try on more than ten items, please get in touch with us via the website's chat, as we'll have to schedule your arrival time.
Q: DO YOU REALLY HAVE EVERYTHING IN STOCK?
A: Yes, we do! Everything you see online is in stock, and once you place the order, the products are reserved for you. Once the order is placed- you are welcome to pick it up in 10 min, during weekdays and during our working hours.
Q: HOW LONG WILL YOU KEEP MY ORDER?
A: We keep orders for seven days; they will be automatically canceled after this. If you can't visit us or can't make it in time, please get in touch with us by phone, email, or live chat.
IMPORTANT: If you ordered more than five goods, please come to pick them up within three working days after placing the order.
Q: I PLACED THE ORDER ONLINE WITH A SELF-PICKUP OPTION. DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR EMAIL FROM YOU?
A: You don't have to wait for the confirmation email. Once you place the order, you are welcome to come over to pick it up right away.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE THE ORDER I PLACED?
A: We have everything in stock here in Vilnius, so it usually takes 5 to 15 minutes. However, if you ordered more than a few items, or there are other customers before you, please be ready to wait for 10 to 30 min.
Q: I PLACED THE ORDER ONLINE WITH A SELF-PICKUP OPTION, BUT I CAN'T COME OVER. CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK IT UP FOR ME?
A: Of course! Please make sure they know your full name and order number and can pay for your order by card.

A: Sure, please contact us by email at [email protected] or via chat. We will then cancel your order, so you can reorder the goods you need with the preferred delivery option.
Q: I AM COMING FROM ABROAD AND WILL BE IN VILNIUS ONLY FOR A WEEKEND. DO YOU WORK ON SATURDAYS?
A: We don't work on the weekends. But if you plan to place the order of 500 EUR or more, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at least one week before arrival and we shall check if one of us can work on Saturday.
Q: CAN I RETURN AN ORDER I RECEIVED BY POST/COURIER TO YOUR OFFICE?
A: Yes, of course. Please do it within 14 days after receiving the order. Ensure the item is returnable, its condition is original, there is no dust or animal hair, neatly folded, all labels are intact, and the product is packed in the original packing.
Make sure you have up to 15 min time to wait until we inspect the returned item.
If you want a size exchange - contact us via email or chat in advance, before your arrival.
If you want a refund - simply tell us on arrival. Return for store credit is also possible.

Q: HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER I BOUGHT IN YOUR OFFICE?
A: Please return the order within 14 days after picking it up. You can bring it to our office or send it to us by post or courier.
If you paid by card during order pickup - make sure you keep the receipt of the payment; otherwise, we won't be able to accept the return.
You can bring the returned item with the payment receipt copy back to our office or send it to our address.
Ensure the item is returnable, its condition is original, there is no dust or animal hair, neatly folded, and all labels are intact and packed in the original packing.
If you want a size exchange - contact us via email or chat in advance, before your arrival.
Refund is only possible to the same card you originally paid from and may take up to 3 weeks.
