How to become a VIP customer?

Spend at least 500 EUR within 12 months and contact us (read the info above).
Please note that 500€ should be a total of your orders over the last year, excluding the return.

Make sure you are registered as a customer on this website. If you checkout as a guest, please convert your account to a registered customer's account, as we won't be able to convert the guest account to a VIP customer status. Then we will check your past orders and, if applicable, apply a VIP status to your account

VIP membership terms & discount policy

To shop at the VIP prices, please log in to your account.
VIP discounts are applied to all goods in the catalog.
VIP status is kept for all customers who shop with us at least once a year (no minimum required).
Please note that the system automatically removes the VIP status if the VIP customer's return rate or canceled orders is higher than 50% or if the is no order placed for more than 13 months.
Free shipping on VIP customers' orders is available on minimum orders during the promotions. Standard conditions apply.
