• We ship worldwide by UPS, DHL, and FedEx couriers.
• Delivery to Omniva parcel boxes is available in Baltic countries.
• All shipments are registered and trackable.
• Express couriers deliver your order in 1-3 days, and economy couriers deliver in 5-10 days.
• Price and time will be shown at checkout once you select the delivery country and add the postcode.
• Delivery price depends on the total weight, cart amount and delivery address.
• Everything you order is in stock and ready for the same-working-day shipping.
• You can pick up your order Mon-Fri at the Fantasmagoria shop in Vilnius.

RETURNS

• You can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or store credit. Size exchange is possible within the EU.
• Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping price; the customer pays for the initial and returns shipping.

CUSTOMS FEES

• There are no customs duties for deliveries within the European Union. We ship all orders from Lithuania (EU country).
• Customers outside the EU shop are tax-free but might have to pay customs duties, brokerage fees and import taxes.
• USA customers may enjoy duty and import-free orders when the total order (including shipping) is below 700€
• The customer is responsible for all import fees if the delivery address is not in the European Union country.
