We use the European unisex shoe sizing system & we sell footwear based on the brand's European marking.
UK & US sizes are approximate. If in doubt, please refer to the foot length chart.

- Measure the foot length and compare it to the size chart above.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR SHOE SIZE:
- Measure the distance between the heel's most prominent toe and the most prominent part, and see the conversion chart above.
- Foot length is measured when standing barefoot, and the body's weight is equally distributed on both feet.
- Be sure to have both feet measured. Many people have feet of different sizes. We advise purchasing a shoe size based on the larger foot.
- Measure your feet at a similar time as when you wear the footwear. For daily footwear, fit yourself when you’ve been on your feet all day because your feet have expanded.

- We ship worldwide by UPS, DHL, FedEx couriers & Omniva parcel boxes.
- All shipments are registered and trackable.
- Express shipment orders are delivered in 1-3 days, and economy and free shipments are delivered in 5-10 days.
- Price and time will be shown at checkout once you select the delivery country and add the postcode.
- Delivery price depends on the total weight, cart amount and delivery address.
- Everything you order is in stock and ready for the same-working-day shipping.
- You can pick up your order Mon-Fri at the Fantasmagoria shop in Vilnius.

RETURNS
- Shopping from an EU country? You can return return-eligible items to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.
- Are you shopping from the USA, UK, or another country outside the EU? If so, please contact us before returning anything.
- Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping price; the customer pays for the initial and returns shipping.

SIZE EXCHANGE
- Size exchange is only possible within the EU countries.
- Not sure about the size? Ask for help via chat or visit our store in Vilnius.
CUSTOMS FEES
- There are no customs duties for deliveries within the European Union countries. We ship all orders from Lithuania (EU country).
- Customers outside the EU shop tax-free but might have to pay customs duties, brokerage fees and import taxes.
- USA customers may enjoy duty and import-free orders when the total order (including shipping) is below 700€
- The customer is responsible for all import fees if the delivery address is not in the European Union country.
