Define your eyes with solid cake liners. The highly pigmented pressed color liners are long-lasting and can be applied with water. The colors have a creamy texture when mixed with water and dry immediately with a strong line that will not smudge or fade through the day. Not tested on animals.

It is good
It was cheap, had good good color range, blends well and mixes well with other cacke eyelyners. Not a bad buy. You have to work a bit to get the pigment, but when it is on the brush then is looks great.
New fave
I didn't expect this to be so good for the price. But it is actually really long-lasting and pretty pigmented. Very easy to use too!
