RETURNS

  • Shopping from an EU country? You can return return-eligible items to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.
  • Are you shopping from the USA, UK, or another country outside the EU? If so, please contact us before returning anything.
  • Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping price; the customer pays for the initial and returns shipping.

SIZE EXCHANGE

  • Size exchange is only possible within the EU countries.
  • Not sure about the size? Ask for help via chat or visit our store in Vilnius.

CUSTOMS FEES

  • There are no customs duties for deliveries within the European Union countries. We ship all orders from Lithuania (EU country).
  • Customers outside the EU shop tax-free but might have to pay customs duties, brokerage fees and import taxes.
  • USA customers may enjoy duty and import-free orders when the total order (including shipping) is below 700€
  • The customer is responsible for all import fees if the delivery address is not in the European Union country.
