Women's Romantic Gothic black long tulle petticoat
A petticoat, or depending on the style also called a crinoline, is a great way to add some drama to a dress or a skirt. It is worn as an underskirt to give gowns and skirts more volume and can be made in a variety of ways and styles, usually, it's structured and uses stiffened fabrics. This long one is made of a synthetic lining fabric base on which there are three tiers of stiff tulle attached. It has an elasticated waistband that can be tightened with a satin ribbon drawstring and closes with pieces of velcro. The hemline is embellished with delicate lace trim, that would give some detail to the garment worn on top when it peaks out at the bottom. Perfect for circle-cut or gathered at the waist dresses and skirts to give them more shape and a much more flattering silhouette. A must for Gothic masquerades and balls.
