Women's Romantic Gothic black long tulle petticoat
A petticoat, or depending on the style also called a crinoline, is a great way to add some drama to a dress or a skirt. It is worn as an underskirt to give gowns and skirts more volume and can be made in a variety of ways and styles, usually, it's structured and uses stiffened fabrics. This short one is made of a synthetic lining fabric base on which there are three tiers of stiff tulle attached. It has an elasticated waistband that can be tightened with a satin ribbon drawstring and closes with pieces of velcro. Perfect for circle-cut or gathered at the waist dresses and skirts to give them more shape and a much more flattering silhouette. A must for Gothic masquerades and balls.
